Delete an individual account or request company deletion

Your email app will open with a draft. You must send it yourself. Opening the email does not send a request or delete your account.

You can delete your own individual user account directly in the app. Deletion of an entire customer company must be requested in the app. The Necesso team completes the company deletion in the active system within 30 days of receiving the request, subject to statutory retention obligations. You may alternatively submit the request through this website or by email to office@necesso.ai. Data may remain in older backups in accordance with their retention periods.

Where possible, send the request from the email address associated with your account. Do not include passwords or copies of identity documents.
